Yes. Your domain stays registered in your name. Your content, photos, and business information belong to you. If you ever decide to cancel after the minimum term, we'll export everything and hand it off — no hostage situations, no extra fees.
After the 12-month minimum, you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. We'll export your site files, help you transfer your domain, and provide a clean handoff. No cancellation fees.
Absolutely. If you already own your domain, we'll keep it where it is and just point it to your new site. If your email is set up with your current host, we'll coordinate so there's no downtime. If you don't have a domain yet, we'll help you register one in your name.
Yes. We'll embed your existing booking link or widget so customers can schedule through the same system your crew already uses. If you don't have a scheduling system, we can set up a simple one (Cal.com or Calendly) at no extra cost.
It answers the questions you get on the phone 20 times a week: service area, general pricing ranges, availability, what you do and don't do, how to schedule. It's trained specifically on your business — not a generic bot. When it can't answer, it offers a one-tap text or call to you. You're saving time, not handing off customer trust.
